International applicants can enroll NCIMM (STU) for full-time education on a tuition-fee basis in accordance with Intergovernment Agreements of the Russian Federation or quota established by the Russian Federation Government to teach foreign citizens and stateless persons.
When applying for full-time education within the admission quotas and the agreement of fee-based educational services, the following admission deadlines are established:
1) Bachelor and Specialist Programs:
– the starting date for enrollment period is June 20, 2024; – the deadline for enrollment with taking additional entry exams of creative and (or) professional direction is July 7, 2024; – the deadline for enrollment with taking entrance exams hold by the university independently is July 15, 2024; – the deadline for enrollment without taking entrance exams hold by the university independently is July 25, 2024; – the deadline for completing the entrance exams hold by the university independently is July 25, 2024;
2) Master Programs:
– the starting date for enrollment period is June 20, 2024; – the deadline for enrollment is July 20, 2024;
When applying for part-time education within the admission quotas and the agreement of fee-based educational services for bachelor, specialist and master programs, the following admission deadlines are established:
– the starting date for enrollment period is June 20, 2024; – the deadline for enrollment is September 7, 2024.
Admission to university at the expense of the federal budget resources of the Russian Federation within the quota established by the Russian Federation Government to teach foreign citizens and stateless persons.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to be educated at the expense of budgetary provisions in accordance within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation to educate foreign citizens and stateless persons.
To receive more information on scholarships within the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens and stateless persons, it is necessary to contact Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) abroad and (or) the Ministry of Education. In order to learn about quotas for your country please contact the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo or the Ministry in your country.
